Dona Bramwell
APRN, FNP-BC, MSN, CNC
Dona is a board-certified Family nurse practitioner and a certified nutrition coach who received her certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and her Masters of nursing from the University of South Florida. Dona has over 30 years of combined nursing and provider experience. she has extensive knowledge and experience in treating and diagnosing in primary care, managing chronic diseases, weight loss management, men’s health, and nutrition coaching.
Nicole Ellis
APRN FNP-BC, MSN
Nicole began her nursing career at the University of South Florida, graduating in 2014 with her BSN and graduating from Emory University in 2017 with her Master of the science of nursing degree specializing in Family nurse practitioner. Nicole has over five years of experience in primary care, managing various chronic conditions, weight loss, hormone replacement, and DOT exams.
